How you end one session is the first step in making the next one hurt or feel great. A lot of people shy away from even a little "cardio", but at the end of a training session is a great time to help start the healing process from heavy lifting. Steady state cardio is a rare thing that does both recover AND train you at the same time. Its not a punishment! Its an investment towards your next session.

Done with LMT school! I wouldnt be surprised if some of you knew who this is, but Laurie Craig was an outstanding teacher. In fact even Joe Dispenza was her student years ago. Several decades of study and teaching the human body are made incredibly accessible through this womans teaching style, humor, and demeanor. I learned something every day she taught.
Whats Isabelle up to these days? Volume block coming to an end, starting to push heavy stuff this week. 110kg x 2 shoulder jerks 70kg x 2 push press 140kg x 3 clean pulls from 12" blocks 22kg thick handled alt db snatches....for 18 reps. Yeah, thats skrong.
