Ryohei Hayashi, former sous chef at Kikunoi Honten (Michelin 3-star), then CDC at Akasaka Kikunoi (2-star), now with his own place in Aoyama, Tokyo, called Tenoshima ( @tenoshima884). Beautiful, casual, a little hard to find, great food, particularly vegetables. 林亮平さん、旧赤坂菊乃井の料理長、今年南青山で独立、「てのしま」。雰囲気は銅と土のテーマでかっこいい。懐石じゃなくて、新和食というかな。9品コースは1万円ですごい。野菜が特に美味しい(東京でいい野菜は中々手に入らない)。ごちそう様でした!
