Today the #BlueApronTestKitchen was lucky enough to host a number of local students through our partnership with @wellnessintheschools , and what started as a hands-on demo quickly turned into a full-fledged cooking extravaganza! Some of our future Chefs wanted to share what they learned about making breakfast burritos, and check out our story for even more behind the scenes fun!
Celebrate all the amazing women in your life this Mother's Day with the ultimate #momapproved dip 1 quart plain yogurt 1/4 cup tahini 1 lemon, quartered and deseeded 2 medium beets, cooked and peeled Place a strainer over a large bowl, making sure the bottom of the strainer does not touch the base of the bowl. Place the yogurt in the strainer. Place in the refrigerator and strain at least 3 hours and up to overnight, depending on your desired thickness. Meanwhile, puree the beets in a food processor or blender until smooth. When ready to serve, discard the yogurt liquid and transfer the strained yogurt to the bowl. Add the tahini and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and stir to thoroughly combine. Serve with crudités or flatbread. Enjoy!
