As a child, Geena Davis dreamed of being an actress. After starring in films like “Thelma & Louise” and “A League of Their Own,” she went on to create @gdigm, a research-based organization working within the media and entertainment industry. We partnered with Davis as executive producers of #ThisChangesEverything, a new documentary combining first-person interviews with compelling data from @gdigm about the need for gender balance in Hollywood.
