What an incredible seafood experience. We first discovered Chef Crenn’s ( @dominiquecrenn) restaurants on @netflix’s @chefstablenetflix a few years ago. We’ve been following her journey and couldn’t wait to try it for ourselves. Wow. 10/10 would recommend. We especially loved the opportunity to sit at the bar and watch them plate each dish. I see how hard my team works every day, I love the rapport that we have that pushes us to continue creating at a restaurant that we are all so proud of, and it's wonderful to be recognized for all of this. It's important to note that the voting panel is now made up of as many women as there are men. And still more work to be done I recognize that these things take time. Equality and transparency are two of the most important qualities we can hope to see in any organization — in the world as a whole.
