“The Life-Changing Manga of Tidying Up” is perfect for people looking for a fun introduction to the KonMari Method. Teenagers seem to love it, but it’s a great read for graphic novel lovers of all ages. Link in profile!
Wow, 2 Emmy nominations! I am deeply grateful to have been recognized by The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for “Tidying Up.” It brings me tremendous joy that the show has resonated – and inspired so many of you to put my tidying method into action! Thank you to Netflix, The Jackal Group – and everyone who worked on the show. I share this honor with you. #emmys
Folding fact: If you’ve been folding with just your fingertips, try applying your palm. Its warmth causes the fibers on the garment to stand up and pulls the cloth taut, like paper, making it easy to fold your clothes like origami. 🤓✋

The garage often becomes a dumping ground for old or unwanted items in the home. Before you begin organizing, take stock of what you have and decide what to hold on to. Because garages are quite large, I recommend installing storage solutions – such as hanging racks, shelving units, etc. Thanks for the inspo, @nicoleloit @neatmethod!

Packing a suitcase follows the same basic principles as storing clothing in the home. Garments should be folded and packed upright, and small things such as underwear should be packed in a travel pouch. Photo by @organizarteomm.
