LA’s legendary, DJ Mark Luv! . . . . . Mark Luv, a turntable veteran of 29 years. Though only in his early 40s, the Los Angeles native has trounced all would-be contenders who have challenged him for supremacy on the decks. The talented DJ has traveled the globe touring with the likes of the Pharcyde, KRS-One, Chino XL and Dred Scott, where he has consistently proved his mettle as an inventive, talented DJ. With his diverse talents, Mark has also become a club mainstay in Los Angeles, spinning at many of the city’s seminal hip-hop nightspots. His residency credentials are impressive with stints at Unity, Jamaica House, Glam Slam (the club formerly owned by Prince), Atlas, Century Club, Project Blowed, and Jamaican Gold. Born and raised in Southern California, Tiffany “TiffStarr” Cayetano began her career Deejaying in New York City and has been rising up in the scene in the last few years. Her Deejaying experiences have consisted of many Hip Hop Dance events/competitions all around the states, and a variety of clubs and lounges on both coasts. She recently resided back to Southern California, to get a grasp on the West Coast scene. She is a student of the culture, and now studies turntablism with The World Famous BeatJunkies. Excited to announce one of our many DJ’s holding it down for this weekend, none other than Long Beach’s very own, Ervin Arana! . . . . . Ervin Arana’s journey into the world of music started off pretty simple. A summer party in the backyard of his Long Beach duplex. Struck by the vibe of the party, Ervin decided then, he wanted to share his own love of music with people. Armed with a handful of records, one turntable and a stereo, he began practicing his craft by blending his selections with whatever was playing on the radio. Mostly recognize for bringing a more soulful, mature musical experience to listeners. Throughout the last few years, his resume has grown to include guest DJ appearances at a variety of special events, clubs & DJ competitions throughout the world. Most notable, Redbull’s Threestyle, BC One, Outbreak Europe, The Legist Blast Festival, Freestyle Session Bboy Summit & many more. He’s also a proud member of LA’s legendary Root Down Sound System & provided Cypher Adikts' signature sound as the official DJ for the first 6 years of existence. Ervin Arana continues to share his love & obsession for music with his new podcast, ‘Soul Simple Radio” and is getting ready for a short Europe Tour this Summer.
