Creamy, refreshing Burrata can be found on the table at my house all summer long, always complimented by great seasonal produce. Here are two different burrata dishes from my restaurants. The first is from @bobbyflaysteak, with peperonata & balsamic vinegar. The second is from @gatonyc, with yellow tomato confit and basil chimichurri. Is it lunchtime yet??
