We wouldn’t tell you we have a favorite @healthy_ish #FarmersMarketChallenge recipe. What we will say is SEVERAL BA staffers skipped ahead and made @moroccochris’ stir-fried eggplant with basil and chile. This recipe uses a mix of Japanese and Chinese eggplant—the longer ones that are less watery—ground pork, and a mild heat from fresh chiles. It’s comforting but still summery, which is why it’s a recipe that’ll be on repeat until PSL season. JK we don’t drink pumpkin spiced lattes.
