Need a tasty snack that feels like a treat, but is still healthy for you? You have got to try Banana Sushi! We're putting a spin on your basic banana, #TeamCerny! For me, food is anything but boring so have some fun with your snacks, babes😘 INGREDIENTS: - banana🍌 - peanut butter🥜 - assorted chopped nuts🌰 - granola Peel your banana and place it on a plate. Spread your peanut butter smoothly over the banana and sprinkle some granola and chopped nuts into the peanut butter so it sticks. Chop the creation into 1/2 inch pieces and you've got Banana Sushi! Chopsticks encouraged🥢 for easy consumption.

The butterfly🦋 stretch helps increase hip mobility, which allows you to generate more power and speed. If you are already comfortable with this stretch, one tip to really gain more flexibility is to do weighted butterfly stretches. Start by sitting with your back flat against the wall and place weights on the tops of your legs for more pressure. Don't do anything you're not comfortable with! We just want to ease into the stretch to improve mobility and flexibility.

This Balsamic Dressing is oil-free, too! INGREDIENTS: - 1/2 cup soaked cashews - 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup water - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar - 1-2 Tablespoons onion - 2 dates Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.😋

#TeamCerny, have I got a treat for you! I'm putting a spin on chips and salsa and your tastebuds are going to thank me😜. This Corn Salsa has just the right amount of sweetness to it that pairs perfectly with homemade Zucchini Squash Chips, yum! It's a fiesta favorite of mine that I'm sure you'll love, too, CORN SALSA INGREDIENTS: - 1 carton of cherry tomatoes, diced 🍅 - 1/4 red onion, diced - 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (I love a variety of colors here!) - 2 ears fresh corn🌽 - 1 sprig of basil, chopped🌿 - 1 lime, juiced (optional) In a serving bowl, combine all the ingredients by stirring. For a little more zing, I suggest adding some lime juice. Bring out the flavors! If you're feeling spicy, toss in a jalapeño🌶. Allow the salsa to marinate for about 20 minutes. ZUCCHINI SQUASH CHIPS INGREDIENTS: - 2 zucchinis, cut into slices🥒 - 1 squash, cut into slices The Zucchini Squash Chips can be prepared either raw or baked. For raw chips, place your 1/4-inch-thick rounds of zucchini and squash in a large bowl and fill with cold water and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels and serve. For the baked option, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place zucchini and squash rounds on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 mins. Serve them up with your corn salsa and you've got a party snack that can't be beat.

It's #TacoTuesday and if you must eat tacos, I've got just the thing: Soy Baked Taquitos🌮! These are absolutely to die for and much healthier than your traditional fried taquitos. By using vegan ingredients, you're already cutting down on cholesterol and saturated fat, and by baking the taquitos instead of frying them, you're definitely doing your body a favor😉. INGREDIENTS: - 1 cup cooked soy chorizo - 8-10 small soft corn tortillas (or a head of romaine lettuce) - 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese (see my homemade recipe😋) - 1 tsp. salt (optional) Note: If if you are cutting carbs and decide to go for the lettuce wraps, do not bake the lettuce! Simply heat up the chorizo on the stove top and place it in the fresh lettuce along with any of the ingredients you so desire, fold it up and chow down! For original recipe : Preheat the oven to 375°F. Start by spooning a small amount of soy chorizo onto the edge of a tortilla, then go on and sprinkle yourself some vegan cheese on top. Roll up very tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. If you are a Safety Sally, you can secure each roll with a toothpick. Repeat with all tortillas. Then go on and salt bae your tortillas with a little sea salt. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the taquitos begin to brown and become an ASMR worthy level of crispy. Remove the toothpicks. Serve with fresh salsa, guacamole or vegan sour cream for dipping!🌮🌮🌮

These Frozen Banana Bites are giving me life! They are the perfect combination of sweet and savory, and they are beyond easy to prepare, I promise! Each bite is like a little slice of heaven you don't have to feel guilty enjoying😋. You can always select your own dipping options, but these are some of my fave: crushed nuts, coconut shavings, and carob chips! INGREDIENTS: - 2 ripe bananas, sliced🍌 - 1 cup carob chips - honey🍯 - crushed nuts🌰 - peanut butter 🥜 - coconut shavings🥥 Start by slicing the bananas and putting them in the freezer until they're frozen (about 90 minutes). Get your dipping station prepared with bowls for your crushed nuts, coconut shavings, and carob chips. Use your choice of honey or peanut butter to spread onto the frozen banana slices and then dip into your favorite topping! So many different combos you can make. Be sure to tell me your fave💛

Nothing says Valentine's Day like chocolate covered strawberries🍓🍫😍 INGREDIENTS: strawberries, 3 Tbsp coconut oil, 1/3 cup raw cacao powder, 2 Tbsp raw agave INSTRUCTIONS: - Rinse strawberries and pat dry. - Warm coconut oil on low heat, bringing it to a liquid. - Whisk together coconut oil, raw cacao and agave until smooth. - Dip strawberries into chocolate while holding onto the leaves of the strawberries. Roll the cacao around the edges. - Place dipped strawberries onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour. Vegan, healthy, and sexy af! Vegan Curry Chickpea Burgers, yum! Is your mouth already watering?👅 These burgers are so flavorful and filling, and super nutritious! I tried out this new plant-based recipe and it is beyond easy, guys! Not to mention full of protein and fiber! INGREDIENTS: - 2 Tbsp coconut oil - 1 Sweet onion, diced - Cilantro (just a handful) - 1 tsp Curry powder - 1 can (19 ounces) Chickpeas - 1 Grated carrot 🥕 (for extra flavor!) INSTRUCTIONS: - In a frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp of oil. Add onion, carrot and cilantro and fry until soft. - Add the curry powder and fry for 1 min. - Use a food processor or blender to blend the chickpeas until smooth. - Add the cooked veggies and mix well. - Heat up 1 Tbsp oil in same pan and place your patties in the pan. - Cook on medium heat for a few minutes, flipping occasionally. Bon Appètit!

To make sure I am happily getting a variety of healthy Raw veggies into my diet, I must have some healthy dips ready to go ! A favorite of mine is the famous ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Dip🔥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ - 1 cup. Soak RAW cashews in a bowl of warm water for at least 30 minutes. - heat oven to 375F with glass pan coated with some delicious coconut oil. -use a large food processor or vitamix (steamed cauliflower -12oz., cashews-1cup., chickpeas-16oz., FRANK’S REDHOT hot sauce-3/4cup., water-1/2cup., lemon juice-1/2 or whole lemon., nutritional yeast-1/2 cup., onion powder-1/2TSP., and garlic powder-1/2TSP. )Process until silky smooth. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -put mix into glass dish and cover with foil for 20 min. Then remove foil and broil for 5 more min to crisp the top. -Wash and chop up your organic fresh veggies instead of the chips and enjoy !!!!

I mean, Cutting out buying single-use plastic water bottles alone has already made my life so much easier ! My water filter is the best thing ever. Makes for A lot Less plastic to have to take out and recycle, less money spent, less shopping trips and a positive environmental impact! It also inspires me to drink more water because I can easily get to it every day from my sink and it tastes even cleaner! Most bottled water is filled with chemicals from the plastic packaging it’s sitting in. Depending on your location of course... a lot of times bottled water is filtered in the same way, if not less than your at-home water filters!

Overnight oats are absolute heaven😍 and great to keep your blood sugar levels from spiking. They allow you to remain full as your body has slow burning carbs to fuel you throughout the day. -1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk -1/2 cup steel cut oats -1 teaspoon chia seeds -add a scoop of your fav plant based protein powder -add in your fav fruits ( I like to mush a banana into the mix for some natural sugar goodness) -cinnamon ( optional ) Mix all together and Leave in a mason jar in the fridge overnight and boom! You got yourself a kickass breakfast. #Cernystyle

Say no to Orange juice and yes to Oranges! 🍊🙌🏼Drinking fruit juice eliminates all of the fiber from the fruit so you’re basically just drinking sugar🤐! I always say : Drink your greens and eat your fruit ! 👩🏻⚕️💡Be careful when you are ordering those green juices too as most of them have lots of apples or other fruits added to the mix . I order mine without any added fruit besides lemon juice occasionally🍋😈. It’s okay to add a little if necessary for you to be able to not torture yourself while consuming It. 🙏🏼You’ll notice the more you minimize your sugar intake, the less you crave it and the sweeter things begin to taste without it. 🌱🤤👌🏼#cernyFIT #TeamCerny #portraitModeAteMyGlasses
