Silver spark - behind the scenes back at the Grand Salon the day before the show the fittings for the two mirror ball looks (as I nicknamed them) in the studio. Marfa in the intensely sequinned Cape sleeve tailleur jacket made from all different shaped hand embroidered sequins with one of the bell shape cliche skirts i loved this season, inspired by the heirloom pewter and silverware found in the Chateau of the Noblesse Radicale characters, full of florals and vines capturing that opulence through embriodery. Villa Palmieri the night before the men’s show was an absolutely stunning evening in the dusky hills of Florence. As usual it’s my favourite and only chance to view some of the looks whilst the villa is empty. About last week - beautiful Florentine memories of the stunning Villa Palmieri 🖤the gorgeous private home that hosted the @givenchyofficial #summer 2020 men’s show on Wednesday night. The villa dates back to the Medici era and has never been opened to the public, Queen Victoria visited 4 times during her reign and I can understand why. It is full of the most amazing fresco ceilings and of course the incredible garden which was where the men’s show was unveiled #florence #fresco #interiorsinspo #architecturaldetails 🖤♥️

Fabulous lace angel 💙 @milliebobbybrown at her premiere in @givenchyofficial #hautecouture white Swiss cotton guipure dress with tuxedo bow. The extraordinary fabric took weeks of technical work to program and the beautiful lace cost more per meter than gold to produce, the workmanship is so fine and time consuming but the final result is exquisite.
