Danie here to tell you another one of my new favorite cutting treats!!! 2 tbsp #PBFit peanut butter powder 1/2 - 1 tsp unsweetened baker’s cocoa 1 tbsp #Swerve sugar replacement Mix with 1.5-2 tbsp water until desired consistency is achieved. For thicker, freeze into bars and you have a (mostly) healthy fudge treat. Or add additional water for a dip/sauce that pairs GREAT with some bananas, apples, etc and you have a guilty-pleasure post-workout snack that will help replenish and build your muscles up stronger. Remember: it’s SOOO important to get protein and other nutrients into your body after a workout - ESPECIALLY if you’re lifting weights!! Don’t deprive your body - after a workout is the MOST IMPORTANT time in the day for you to eat!!! Just be sure to make smart choices!! Apple Cider Vinegar and Intermittent Fasting from Danie @danieboi.x.x Want to enhance your intermittent fasting program and maximize fat loss while helping maintain your body’s regulatory functions? ACV, baby! •Drink 1-2 tablespoons of #ACV immediately before your first meal of the day (right after a workout if you’re combining w/ fasted cardio). Why?! 1. Helps prevent large blood sugar/insulin spikes when consuming first meal by reducing the number of transporters and thus slowing down and spreading out the rate of absorption. Dramatic peaks and valleys in your glycemic index are what spike cravings during the fasting portion of the cycle, and so... TO SIMPLIFY... ACV’s acetic acids help you feel full faster and for longer. 2. Now, AMPk and ACV - AMPk is an enzyme that responds to energy balance in the cell by the AMP/ATP ratio. In the liver (good), it essentially increases your fat burn. In the hypothalamus (not so good), it tells your brain that your body is burning its fat stores and that you need to EAT (thus causing massive hunger spikes). ACV helps balance this - the vinegar shuts the AMPk in your hypothalamus down while simultaneously spiking it in your liver. TO SIMPLIFY... ACV is a GREAT #hack that allows your body to burn more fat while at the same time suppressing hunger. CAVEATS •Recommended with every meal during your “On/Eating” window and once before bed. •Capsules are a good alternative for those who don’t like the taste. •Research results taken from 12-week periods of both men and women with varying levels, showing a correlative link between amount consumed and fat burned. •Can be consumed at any time during fast if not adhering to a strict water-only #intermittentfast. •Swipe left for pics that illustrate a 1 week change after incorporating ACV. Recipe: I’m not a huge fan of the taste, so I mix 2 tablespoons ACV (#Braggs or generic) 1.5-2 cups cold water 1-2 teaspoons Swerve artificial sweetener (Amazon) DM me with questions!!

Want an easy to make breakfast? Try some overnight oats! No cooking needed! 🍓 What you need •Oats: Overnight oats are typically made with old-fashioned rolled oats and sometimes quick oats. Use gluten free as needed. •Chia Seeds: Chia seeds give overnight oats that thick pudding-like texture and add extra fiber but feel free to leave them out if you aren’t a fan. •Protein: Put a scoop of your favorite protein powder in! •Milk: Use your favorite dairy or dairy-free milk you like or have on hand. We usually like to use almond but coconut milk, cashew milk all work great for a vegan option. •Yogurt – You can add a combination of milk and yogurt to make your oats extra creamy . •Fruit: Have fun with your toppings. Add nuts, goji berries, raisins, etc! •Sweetener: Leave out or use any sweetener you like – honey, maple syrup, a ripe banana, dates or any low-carb liquid sweetener like stevia or monk fruit will work. 🍓 HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS: These strawberry overnight oats are one of the easiest breakfasts that even your kids can help you assemble the night before. You can use a mason jar, resealable container or a bowl. 1. To begin, mix uncooked rolled / old-fashioned oats, milk / Greek yogurt and sweetener and spices (if using) 2. Add protein powder and toppings -protein powder makes it thicker so you may need a splash of almond milk/ milk 4. Slice or chop up toppings 5. Mix in or sprinkle on top 7. Seal up the container and put it in the fridge overnight. 8. The next morning, you can heat the glass jar up in the microwave for a hot breakfast or enjoy your overnight oats cold straight from the fridge. Starting position Common mistake that the shoulder is curling forward and the the elbow is behind the ribcage. The bicep is resting on that position also the shoulder is curling forward, That’s hard on the neck. Instead keep the elbows slightly in front of the ribcage to create the tension Top position Common mistake that we bring the weight too close to the shoulder where the bicep has to relax.
