This is super simple to make and is so freaking delicious. Personally, I think TOPPINGS ARE NECESSARY 🤪 Lol it makes your ice cream 10000x better and it gives you so much room for creativity SO, here’s what I did to make this delicious night time treat last night 🍦👊🏻👇🏻 - 1 scoop of level-1 (flavor of choice) - 8 oz. of cashew milk - 6-8 ice cubes - 1 tsp of xanthan gum (this does wonders for consistency. It’s not necessary but I HIGHLY recommend it! - less is more with this ingredient! Adding too much can make it like pudding so definitely be careful when adding this!) - Blend for a whileeeee! - I always choose to top mine with some type of cereal, or sometimes I will crumble an Oreo or something on top 😉 & fat free whipped cream but this snack ALWAYS helps me & my sweet tooth late at night! Too good not to share 😍 Thank you @emilyfrisella . Dessert for dinner!! It’s ok, I promise!😉 This dessert is balanced & protein packed using both @1stphorm Level-1 Protein Bars & Level-1 Protein . Protein Parfait . 2/3 C Sugar Free Chocolate pudding prepared with unsweetened almond milk . 1/2 a bar of your favorite flavor @1stphorm Level-1 protein bar . 1/2C Cool Whip Lite . 2T Reduced Fat Cream Cheese . 1/4C @1stphorm Level-1 Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder . In a small bowl whip together 1/4C cool whip, protein powder and cream cheese . In a glass layer half the chocolate pudding, protein cool whip mixture, add the protein bar chopped up (reserve a bit for a topper) then continue to layer the remaining chocolate pudding, remaining cool whip then top with remaining protein bar . Enjoy right away or cover and place in the fridge and enjoy later that day or the next day . Dinner is sweet 😉 . Makes 1 dessert Calories: 452 Fat: 18g Protein: 34g Carbs: 37g Sugar: 8g . I’ve been reading a lot of John Maxwell recently, and a section of one of his books made me think about people who have shaped my life and a similar character trait they all shared. . People tend to become what the most important people in their lives think they will become . How do we who influence others truly motivate and develop them? We do it through encouragement and belief in them. . Many of the most impactful people in my life had a knack for making people think they are better than they are. They forced you to have a good option of yourself. They let you know they believed in you. They make you get more out of yourself. Once we realize how good we really are, you'll never settle for anything less than your best. . I would like to encourage all of us to be more like this. Be the type of person who brings out the best in others and a great way to do it is through encouragement

There is one particular person in my life who has shown me what it means to be a friend by truly living the part. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I met Chad many years playing a game of pick up football not long after my dad passed away.  I didn’t realize then how much that day would change my life forever. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Not long after Becky and I were married, I was invited to Florida to play on his traveling softball team. Everyone brought their wives and kids, and that group became our best friends. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But Chad was different. He let us into his family and showed us how to really love people by doing it. It’s SPRING & I’ve been craving a variety of fruits, so this new Level-1 recipe is inspired by the season! 🍌✨🌸 . 🍌 @1stPhorm Level-1 Banana Bread! 🍌 . (This makes 2 servings) . • 2  mashed Bananas (1 cup) . • 2 Eggs . • 12 tbsp Level-1 (I used Vanilla Ice Cream) . • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda . • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon . • 4 tbsp Stevia . • 1/4 tsp Salt . • 1 tsp Vanilla extract . Mix them all together and separate the batter evenly into 2 ramekins (I got mine at TjMaxx!) Place them in a 350 degree pre heated oven for around 20 minutes! (Or until a toothpick comes out clean!) 🙌🏼 ✨ I have been making Level-1 recipes for years and this is hands down my favorite! Know the difference between being patient and wasting time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We all know that success doesn’t happen overnight. In anything. Not in business or fitness or relationships or personal growth. So patience is critical. Without it, people tend to get frustrated, overwhelmed, and often give up. So we take one day at a time and focus on that win. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But ineffective use of those days can be equally as goal crushing. I think sometimes patience can be a crutch. An excuse not to push our hardest. If you aren’t seeing results, in whatever area you’re working on, could it be that you’re just getting by? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We tend to celebrate if today was better than last week without examining if we really did the best we could do in this moment. And doing a little bit better each day might lead to the same result, but certainly not as quickly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you want to win, REALLY win, you go all in every single day. Push further, work harder, sacrifice more. Decide what you want. Stay focused. And do as much as you can EVERY DAY to get there. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Think about what goal you are working toward. We’ve all heard it. “You never make yourself look good by trying to make someone else look bad.” And while we might say we believe it, I’ve met few people who actually live like they do ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But I’m also a believer that you usually don’t make yourself look good by trying to make yourself look good. We don’t want to admit that we are arrogant and self-centered but we talk about ourselves constantly and fight for attention. So what’s the answer? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Stop worrying about what will make you look good and just go love everyone! People will likely not remember what you say or do, but they will always remember how you make them feel. So make every person you encounter feel like the most important person in the world. Because they are ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Authenticity is everything and if you’re not genuine, people will know. So just love them. Make eye contact. Ask questions and listen. Compliment. Encourage. Hug. Serve.
