October last year I graduated from law school at university. Whilst studying I worked 30 hours as a waitress, lived in my now fiancés mums house (I just couldn’t afford rent) and fitness was my personal escape from reality. It was and still is my therapy, my safe place my ME TIME. All I wanted then and now was to tell women all around the world the importance of a healthy lifestyle. How fitness made me who I am today. How fitness (even though difficult most times) has never let me down. Life is so challenging and heartbreaking at time so do something special for you.... and that something is investing a little time on YOURSELF. Everything I do is to make my mumma and pappa proud. My dads been through so much in life and I made it my life goal to buy him a dream car 🚗 one day and today I did and honestly speaking I haven’t stopped smiling. He cried when he got the keys. Doing this for me. Some may be aware that I started my very own 60 day challenge (all documented on YouTube) this isn’t to lose weight or gain weight. This challenge is to help me focus on me, mentally and physically. I’ve been putting myself last for the past year and it’s been draining. I’ve focused more on work, university, others around me that I forgot how to truly take some time to myself and for myself? I want to push myself physically, improve my endurance, strength, ability and power! I know I can do all these things and it’s time I really did it for me! Progress isn’t always physically it’s the mental steps you take to focus on your health and happiness. That’s what’s truly important. Physically change will come with the right nutritional and wholesome diet and training... but mental change, now that’s a challenge we can all overcome together. I’ve wanted to do challenges before and ended up not committing... but I’m doing this and I’m making this happen! I’m tracking my journey on YT so defo have a little watch. We can truly do this together and make this happen! I’ve started phase 2 of the @toneandsculptapp you can start phase 1 and do this with me! Together we are so much more stronger. (P.S this pic was taken last year in Mexico when I was living my best life getting a tan sipping on coconut water.... soon soon 😂)

What’s been going on in my head? Please take the time to read this and I hope it helps in some way ❤️. I started training roughly 4-5 years ago to better me. At first I really didn’t know what I was doing, all I knew is I wanted to make a change. Everyday I enter the gym with one thought in mind “this is my time to push harder and further than I did before”. Not every day has been easy, in fact yesterday was a really difficult day. However, all I know is, I’ve worked hard mentally and physically to keep consistent, but yet there are some days where I take a picture of my progress and become hesitant to post it in case I’ll get judged if the video or picture is “too much” I mean... we should all just be so insanely proud of what we have achieved and we should want to share it “flaunt it” LOVE YOURSELF! JUST OWN IT! NEVER apologise for your body, your achievement and your beautiful self. You are so unique... remember that always & forever! EDITED❗️ a quote I wanted to share with you: Loving ourselves takes time. It doesn’t happen overnight because its taken us a lifetime to come up with all the reasons why we shouldn’t. Embrace that the healing journey can sometimes be long and there is really no place to get to. If you’re re beating yourself up or judging yourself for not being enough, let this be the moment where you let that go and come home to the love that resides within you. Be gentle with yourself in this process. Its about you learning to truly be with all of yourself.
