Mate, I get the feeling something’s on your mind. Are you OK? Q. You don’t really seem like your old self and I’m concerned. What’s going on with you? Q. I’m really concerned about you. Can you tell me what’s going on? Q. I want you to know you’re not alone. I’m here for you. Can you talk about what’s going on for you? "Yes, Meghan is as beautiful (if not more) than she appears in photos and I was struck by her expressive eyes and incredible presence and poise. Harry was eager to learn as much as he could and asked lots of great questions, as well as being open about his own previous mental health challenges. He said that though it would have been okay to talk about mental health within his family, for a while he struggled to even accept that he could be in a position where this could be something he was struggling with. Meghan also later said that we are all just human, and all experience the same kind of emotions as each other. I think these things are important to hear as they reiterate the fact that any of us can have challenges with our mental health, no matter who we are or where we are from." Lifeline volunteer, Victoria Kendall (pictured to the right of Meghan) was one of three Lifeline representatives who met Harry and Meghan on Monday. #royalvisitnz
