@oberlin_pvd Amazing food that we devoured too fast to even take a picture. Cucumbers with butterfish conserva and lovage, whole black bass grilled and served with hand rolled couscous, rhubarb crostada with rye ice cream... we basically ate the whole menu twice over. Great food and warm welcoming service. Thank you @bensukle for you and your teams wonderful hospitality.
Back in school. Meadow foam honey in bottom right knocked my socks off. Vanilla and toasted marshmallow. Insanely insanely delicious.
Put rhubarb on anything and we are fans so we seared off a piece of our favorite polenta almond cake and topped it with poached rhubarb and Chantilly cream and we are 😍😍😍 for it. Available all week at our Campbell location as one of our new desert specials...also available for breakfast or lunch or dinner😘 It’s wheat free and house-milled to boot!
Pre-dawn bakery time before 6am flight to Rhode Island for the #honeybakingsummit 🍯 I’ve always loved the bakery when it is at rest. It’s so beautiful and thrilling that there IS @manresabread where we get to make and bake and create. When it is quiet and between shifts waiting patiently for the next day’s production. And I am so excited to participate in the Honey Baking Summit this year and meet so many fellow bakers I’ve admired while we learn together. Providence RI must not miss suggestions?

Day 1 of our brick and mortar: February 21st 2015. The culmination of two years of markets and @manresarestaurant bread. Tired that day but so so happy. I’d say I feel the same four years later!!! Thank you @davidkinch and @apburn for the constant support and teamwork. So excited to see what our team can do in year five (and thanks mom and dad for the awesome bouquet) 😘
