How about Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs and Green Beans.Paleo, Low Carb, Keto-friendly and easy to make! repost @tasteexpedition @eatwell101 • 1520kJ per serving • Serves 2-3 • Prep: 10 Minutes • Cook: 20 Minutes ⠀ ⠀ 👩🏻🍳 INGREDIENTS 👩🏻🍳 3 – 6 chicken thighs 450g green beans 3 tablespoons butter 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder Salt and pepper Juice 1/2 lemon ＋ slices 125ml chicken stock 1 tablespoon Sriracha Chili pepper flakes Parsley DIRECTIONS 1. In a small bowl, combine onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Season chicken thighs with the spice mixture. Set aside while you prepare green beans. ⠀ 2. Arrange green beans in a microwave-safe dish with 125ml water. Cook in microwave for 8-10 minutes, until almost done but still crisp. 3. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet over medium-low heat. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs in one layer in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes then flip and cook another 5-6 minutes, until cooked through and a cooking thermometer displays 75°C. Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside. 4. In the skillet, lower the heat and melt the remaining tablespoon butter. Add chopped parsley, garlic, red crushed chili pepper flakes, and pre-cooked green beans and cook for 5 minutes, until cooked to your liking. Deglaze with lemon juice and chicken stock and reduce the sauce for a couple of minutes, until slightly thickened. 5. Add cooked chicken thighs back to the pan and reheat quickly. Adjust seasoning with pepper and serve the lemon garlic butter chicken thighs immediately, garnished with more crushed chili pepper, fresh parsley, and a slice of lemon if you like.

It’s been a minute since I had one of these bad boys for lunch and I was just craving it when I woke up. This is as SHRED of a combo as it gets. . To make this dish: . 1. I coat a piece of salmon liberally with Chile lime seasoning, 1/2 tsp paprika, squeeze a quarter of a lemon, and air fried for 17-18 minutes at 375. You can also put it in the oven or pan fry. . 2.While the salmon was going, I cut a soft boiled egg (I make multiple at a time to use throughout the week... just boil for for about 7 minutes, ice bath, and store in fridge). For a firmer egg, do 8-10 mins. But then I don’t trust you 😂😂 . 3.Grabbed a serving bowl and filled the bottom with a big serving of @josiesorganics organic baby spinach & arugula mix, and some of their greenbeans I stir fried in olive oil with mushrooms and topped with everything bagel seasoning. . 4.Put the salmon and egg over the veggies and served with sliced cherry tomatoes.
