Weight loss, for almost all of us, can be challenging, especially when you've hit a plateau. There are many reasons this might happen: poor diet, lack of consistent training or simply low motivation levels. Research has also stated that as you continue to lose weight, your metabolism begins to slow down. Head to the #linkinbio to see how you can speed things up again
In a new clip from the film, @Schwarzenegger states that what you eat has no impact on your masculinity, and criticises the way that meat is advertised in popular culture as something "for men". He said, "there’s no one that can relate to it better than I do because I’ve lived in that world," the seven-time Mr. Olympia champion says. "'Steak is for men'... They show these commercials – burgers, George Foreman with the grill and epic sandwich—this is great, great marketing for the meat industry, selling the idea that real men eat meat. But you’ve got to understand, it’s marketing. It’s not based on reality." Do you agree with @schwarzenegger?

Not only are smoothies convenient, but they're also loaded with health-boosting nutrients. Take this green juice as an example. It's rich in manganese, to help reduce insulin resistance and balance your blood sugar levels, while also reducing cravings through the day. It's rich in fibre, vitamin C, potassium and vitamin K too, thanks to the celery, lemon and apples. Ginger is also a natural antihistamine, making it great for those suffering with hayfever or a stuffy nose. Win, win, win. 💪 To make, simply juice: - 2 green apples - 1 handful of spinach - 1 inch of turmeric root - 1 inch of ginger - 3 celery stalks - 4 kale leaves - 1/2 a lemon

Finding the drive to train isn't always easy, so a space that pushes enjoyment above all else should be applauded. @1rebelUk is a superclub dedicated to sweat, decibels and light — all done in the hopes of making spinning great again. At a class, you can expect to burn up to 1,000kcal, but unlike other studios, the focus is on how you feel during the class and listening to your body, rather than constantly checking out how you look. “Fitness is so much more social now,” says @joknow, 1Rebel’s head of fitness. “Here, we instil the idea that it’s OK to come to a workout, then go for drinks afterwards. Being fit needn’t be about one or the other.” Tap through to the #linkinbio to see why @1rebelUK has made it onto our list of the world's best gyms.

Training to portray Bruce Lee requires a level of training that goes beyond what most of us can imagine. Mike Moh, who is set to play #BruceLee in Quentin Tarantino's new movie, didn't go searching for a celebrity trainer when he got the role. Instead, he studied martial arts training and revamped his training sessions to mimic what the martial arts legend would do. At the #linkinbio, you'll find his exact workout that he used to prep for filming. His advice for anyone starting a fitness journey? To "have fun, train safe/smart, and remember that every workout will get you closer to your fitness goal" 💪
If you're after superhuman strength, you may want to grab yourself a large bag of spinach, because labcoats are backing the salad staple, comparing its benefits to that of PEDs and steroids, as it can lead to 'significant increases in muscle mass'. So, for breakfast, why not try this no milk, no flour, no butter pancakes – it's actually made with eggs and spinach — served with a side of mushrooms?

"When I got back on the bike, I noticed a difference straight away," said Cav of his new approach to training. "I felt more solid. I could feel the transition of the power from the muscle to the pedal. I've really seen a benefit in my power output."

Sometimes, smaller weights can yield bigger results. @Henrycavill recently shared this image of him training, captioning the image "... I was doing everything I could in a busy busy schedule to try and get something in, whenever I could. During this period I learned that it's not the weight that matters, it's the workout. So if you're shy about going to the gym because there is always someone next to you using mahoosive weights, don't be. You do your weights, just make every workout count". Keep your focus on form over weight, at least to start, and you can't go wrong. 💪
