You may see a girl surrounded by luxury items but I see a BOSS surrounded by designer things who worked hard and saved, saved SAVED for every item in this picture. 💸 Here are 3 tips that helped me be more strategic and afford the luxuries that I’ve always dreamt of: 1: Treat your savings account like a bill that you HAVE TO PAY! Set up automatic transfers to your savings account every month. By treating your savings like a mandatory bill, your savings account will grow over time and will directly benefit you. 2: Keep the basics BASIC! My shorts, top and shoes in this pic cost less than $50. My statement pieces are designer goods #worthsavingfor. I don’t need a $50 top for a single outfit when that money could be put towards a luxury handbag I could wear with every outfit. Point blank period. 3: Invest in a bank that invests in you. Banks that charge overdraft fees or penalty fees are not investing in you. Bank responsibly and strategically. I am proud to be partnering with @GreenDotBank - a bank that doesn’t charge overdraft or penalty fees EVER. Instead, they use their own money to help you save up for the future by paying a 3% cash back bonus on qualifying purchases made online or using an app. Guys, please don’t sleep on smart banking because it will help you reach your goals QUICKER! Check out the link in my bio to learn more! #partner I hope that these tips help and bring you one step closer to a purchase that you’ve been dreaming of!! 🗣 YOU ARE DOING AMAZING!
I will not apologize for my body. I will not apologize for advocating self-love. I will not hide my body until it fits society’s standards of beauty. Your words will not destroy my spirit. This is what it is like being a plus sized woman on the Internet. This is just a sample of the vile comments I receive on a DAILY BASIS. But I will not stop fighting for representation for more GIRLS LIKE ME. I will not stop and I’m done suffering in silence. These are some of the words used as weapons against me. Thankfully, my conviction is louder and stronger.
I have struggled with travel anxiety for the longest time and still suffer from panic attacks when traveling. But there’s one trip in particular coming up that is especially long and close to my heart. I can’t seem to calm my nerves but also my excitement. 🙈🥰 Any guesses where we’re heading soon? ✈️🌏☀️
Take me to home decor shops. Let’s pick out fall candles. Wanna go to the drive-ins? Let’s talk about our dreams until we fall asleep. @itssethmar
Eid Mubarak from our family to yours! Spending today prioritizing my mental and emotional health and feeling grateful for every blessing God has placed in our lives. A major announcement is coming this week on my channel. Any guesses?
I used to dream of a “Corey and Topanga” kind of love. A “Noah and Allie” kind of love. A “Rahul and Anjali” kind of love. But now I thank God to have a Seth and Nabela kind of love. 🌿💛
minding my business, loving myself first, staying hydrated, escaping aunties & wearing clothing from my own brand @zeba ✌🏽
TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!! 🥳 I am so excited to introduce the newest @zeba launch - the “Love Yourself First” collection. This collection means everything to me and I have so much I wanted to share with you all from the inspiration to the breakdown of each piece. However, that can wait until tomorrow. Today, I am struggling with the idea of celebrating my birthday and this launch. Last night after the news broke out of the horrific massacre in El Paso, Texas I couldn’t focus on anything else. Then I woke up this morning to the news of the massacre in Dayton, Ohio - two mass shootings in 24 hours. Being able to wake up this morning and celebrate another year of life feels unfair knowing so many are mourning the unexpected, tragic loss of their loved ones. I want to do something on this day to help in some small way. I want us to do something together to help the families affected by this terror attack. I’ve decided to donate 100% of @Zeba ‘s profits from today’s sales to aid the victim’s families affected by these tragedies in both El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio. When you buy any item from Zeba today, ALL of our profits will go directly to the El Paso Community Foundation and a TBD organization in Dayton. On this birthday, my wish is for strength and healing for all families affected by gun violence. My wish is for all of us to hug tighter, love harder and give as much as we can. This is my “Love Yourself First” collection, and sometimes the greatest form of self-love grows from loving others with all of your heart. xo
2 years ago, our car was repossessed. We were newlyweds, broke and desperately trying to make our big dreams come true. Seth and I both did not come from wealth or luxury. Our parents worked tirelessly to give us access to opportunities they didn’t have for themselves. Seth and I were overcoming generational patterns of money management and saving and trying to make ends meet. When our car was taken from us, I remember saying a prayer wishing for a day where I would hold keys in my hand that would be ours that no one could take from us. Today, we are the proud owners of two luxury cars with my BMW being the newest addition in our lives. Today I hold the keys of two cars that we worked hard for and saved for. This could not happen without saving, budgeting and working our BUTTS OFF. We blazed through doors that wouldn’t open for us. We replaced fear of our finances with faith in our future. I want to share this story not to show off, but to show you that anything is possible no matter where you come from. I am partnering with @GreenDotBank for the launch of their new Unlimited Cash Back Bank Account to help you develop strong generational patterns to pass on, including SAVING. Green Dot Bank uses their own money to help you save up for the future by paying a 3% cash back bonus on qualifying purchases made online or using an app. They don’t charge overdraft fees or penalty fees of any kind EVER, which is huge. I believe we can all live the life of our dreams. I believed it when our car was taken from us years ago and when we hit rock bottom with an even bigger struggle during that same time. And it is that belief that has led me here. I hope my story serves as a reminder that where you come from and where you were doesn’t have to be where you stay. With hard work and saving, your life can be everything you dream it to be. #WorthSavingFor
Get in loser, we’re escaping the patriarchy.
YOUR CURVY PLUS BESTIE WILL BE AT @THECURVYCON! 🍑✨ I’m so excited to announce that I’ll be speaking at CurvyCon on September 7th! I can’t wait to celebrate our bodies together at THE body positive event of the year! I hope to see YOU there! 💞
Fact: Your girl spent most of her life walking around in the WRONG SHADE OF FOUNDATION. I always struggled with finding my perfect shade growing up and ended up looking more grey-toned, orange or dull than you can imagine. I will never forget when I was shade matched for the first time at @Sephora and discovered that my foundation could look brightening and radiant, and actually compliment my skin. I left Sephora that day with a new love for makeup and complexion products, and the rest is history. I’m currently loving @FentyBeauty Pro Filt’r foundation in 310. Not only is the coverage incredible, but I love that Rihanna designed Fenty Beauty with everyone in mind. We all deserve to have our magical experience in discovering our perfect shade, and for that to happen the shade ranges NEED 👏🏽 TO 👏🏽 EXIST. 👏🏽 Raise your hand if you ever struggled with finding your perfect shade of foundation! What is your go-to foundation from Sephora and what is your shade? Comment below 👇🏽✨ #SephoraSquad #ad
Interrupting your glamorous Instagram goals news feed with a photo of me in my version of Instagram goals: a comfy outfit, some Starbucks and a date night at Target. Does anyone else get overwhelmed by the obsession with portraying ONLY perfection and glamour on social media? 🙋🏽♀️
Meet the Final 3 of the 6 Noor kids. Too “foreign” for our peers, too American when visiting Bangladesh. But always just enough for each other. 💞 i’m wearing: custom lehenga by @theluxurious786

Floating on clouds after the release of my Facebook Watch show, “Can I Borrow That?” yesterday! The show premiered so soon after the launch of @Zeba and I feel like I haven’t caught a breath to take it all in!! I’m spending today in reflection and gratitude. I want to encourage anyone who has ever felt like they can’t reach their dreams because of how they look, or what they have or don’t have, or their identity - I promise you, you are dreaming it because you CAN achieve it. No dream is accidental. Not every dream becomes our purpose but when you find the dream that feels like your reason for living, run after it. I grew up wishing and dreaming that I could star in something my own one day. That I could be someone someday. That a girl like me could see a girl like her living her dreams and would realize that she too could do anything. Today I’m soaking it all in. I’m praising the Highest for every breakdown because it led to this breakthrough. I’m looking back at every time I felt like the ugly, big loser in school only to now live a beautiful, full life as the heroine of my own story. I’m thankful for it all. And I know this is just the beginning. Let’s keep making waves, babes. 🌊🌈☀️
One of my favorite quotes that carried me through my teen years into adulthood is: “Why are you trying so hard to fit in, when you were born to stand out?” For the longest time, all I wanted in life was to blend in and not be different. I was embarrassed by all of the things that made me ME. My life completely changed when I stopped apologizing for being different. My life truly began when I embraced my identity. Since then, it has been my mission and purpose to help others liberate themselves from insecurity and self-doubt and begin truly living - unapologetically. When I find brands and initiatives who share the same passion for empowerment, I get excited to work together to spread a message that is way more important than any beauty or fashion trend... and that message is that who you are, as you are, RIGHT NOW may be pretty different or pretty bold or pretty weird and you know what? That’s pretty damn amazing. #PrettyDifferent #UDPartner Shoutout to @urbandecaycosmetics for launching this incredible initiative. 🦋
My mom used to have to force me to put oil in my hair. I grew up hating it. A South Asian custom I reluctantly “tolerated” until I grew up. Now I can’t live without hair oils in my daily routine. Every day as I apply oil into my hair I think of how much haircare was a part of my childhood. In addition to stressing the importance of hair oil, my mother would always warn me against overwashing and would remind me to nurture my tresses. Aa an adult, haircare holds a huge part of my beauty routine. When it comes to beauty tips, my mom knew best then and she still knows best now. Now Ammu and I apply hair oil together and dry shampoo has become my most trusted secret weapon. My current faves are @moroccanoil Moroccanoil Treatment and @IGKhair First Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo. What are some of your favorite haircare products from @Sephora? #SephoraSquad #Ad
Over the weekend, I celebrated the launch of @Zeba with my mother, Zeba. I named Zeba in honor of my mother because she has not only taught me what true beauty is throughout my entire life, but her name also means “beautiful” and “beauty.” It only made sense to name a movement designed to challenge beauty standards and redefine beauty...BEAUTIFUL! 💖 To my mother who has always reminded me to be my own kind of beautiful, thank you. Growing up, you encouraged me to be passionate, brave, inspiring, fearless, radiant, powerful, loved and independent. Now, with @Zeba I’m thankful to be able encourage others to be their own kind of beautiful, too. ✨
My biggest summer mantra? EVERY body is a bikini body. 👙 My biggest summer secret? Looking hydrated and glowing with shiny, soft legs by using my #VeraBradleyxVenus razor. 💞 I am telling you, Bella Babes... 5 blades from @GilletteVenus is a game 👏🏽 changer 👏🏽 & your legs will never feel more soft. I hope this season you remember my summer tips & boldly dare to bare your beautiful skin. 🌞#Ad #VenusPartner #MySkinMyWay

My father drove a taxi so that his daughter could one day become a CEO. In countless ways, my father is the American Dream. Love you, Abbu. আমি আপনাকে ছাড়া কিছুই নই
I can’t believe the day has come where I can finally share @Zeba with you. Over a year ago, Zeba started off as a dream and quickly became my purpose. Today, Zeba is a real brand and community ready to challenge beauty standards and spark a self-love revolution. At the top of last year, talking about challenging beauty standards felt incomplete for me. I knew I wanted to do more to actually provide the tools to provoke change. I want you to feel represented at Zeba. I want you to feel included at Zeba. You don’t have to shift who you are to fit society’s narrow standards of beauty. Its time to transform beauty standards to include YOU. The chances of “a girl like me” being able to launch her own global company may not seem so high. I come from a simple family with humble, hard-working immigrant parents. My father came to this country and drove a taxi so that his daughter could one day become a CEO. I don’t have any investors. I didn’t have any financial assistance. I don’t have any partners. I built this company from the ground up with people who believed in my vision, just like my parents built their lives in America from the ground up with people who believed in theirs. Today, my heart is full. To my parents, Rana and Zeba, I hope you love what I created. I hope to make you proud. To anyone else who is “a girl like me,” I hope you know that girls like us can do anything. I am proof of that. I believe in you. As @Zeba launches today, I hope you know that this community is designed for you. It’s built for you to be seen, heard and to have a seat at the table. A home for us all to feel our most confident. A place to love yourself and others around you, no matter their walks of life. A brand with clothing and a sizing system designed to empower, shift the narrative and set a new standard. The Zeba Standard. I hope you love Zeba and I hope to see you all at the @Zeba Instagram because there’s a lot waiting for you there. I hope you’re ready to redefine beauty, shift the status quo and unapologetically be your own kind of beautiful. Welcome to the self-love revolution.
Taking over NYC prepping for the launch of @zeba! Tomorrow, we will enter the world of Zeba. Tomorrow, a new journey begins. Tomorrow is the beginning of something bigger than me and you, designed to empower all of us. A new standard is coming. Are you ready for Zeba?
just a desi girl doing desi tings *cue romantic Bollywood song* 💫
Celebrating our fourth Eid as husband and wife and so excited as we embark on a new journey together. Something special is coming on June 12th, and I’ll always remember this Eid as the day I announced the name of my biggest project to the world. Stay tuned for @zeba ✨
I have been waiting for this month to come for so long. This is the month that will bring my purpose to life. I hope you love what is coming. 🙈
Small town girl with big city dreams and even bigger faith in you & your purpose. 💞
I know many of you know my story, but for those who don’t, this post is especially dedicated to you. It wasn’t until I discovered social media that I felt like I truly belonged. Throughout my entire life living in a small town, I would dream of waking up a size 00 with blonde hair, blue eyes and a “normal” name like Rebecca or Ashley. I would dream of being anything and everyone other than who I actually was because I never felt like I belonged. When I discovered YouTube and Instagram, I found countless girls just like me. With beautiful brown skin, full and curvy bodies, intricate and colorful traditional attire, and honest immigrant stories. I discovered countless people who were diverse and different and suddenly my world expanded to include me, something I never felt before. Feeling like you belong can change the trajectory of your future. It changed mine. I leapt out of a cycle of self-doubt and insecurity into a life filled with self-confidence and genuine pride of my identity as a Bangladeshi-American, plus sized, Muslim woman. Because of this, I am honored to be a part of the #SephoraSquad. I am honored to be a part of a diverse group of change makers and trailblazers who are changing the world. I am honored to have @Sephora stand by us and tell us that we have a place where we truly belong. I am thankful that I can be myself as a member of the #SephoraSquad and that be enough. I am ferociously dedicated to sharing my story in efforts to inspire others and give them the confidence to be true to themselves and feel beautiful in their own skin. From all of us to all of you, let’s remember that WE BELONG TO SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL. I’ve shared my story, and now I’m eager to learn yours. In the comments below, tell me what the word “belonging” means to you. 👇🏽 #SephoraAmbassador #Sephora
Growing up, Aladdin was one of the only Disney films where I felt represented, where the characters looked like me and my family. Where the Sultan wore a turban like my grandfathers, where Jasmine had big brown eyes and beautiful brown skin, where the traditional clothing resembled my own, where Allah’s name was said in conversation and the characters were proudly Muslim. I identified with Jasmine’s views on marriage and how she believed in true love. I found peace in knowing I wasn’t alone in wanting to be a strong woman with her own voice. I found comfort in Aladdin in so many ways throughout my childhood...throughout my life. Jasmine taught me that I am worthy of respect and that my voice deserved to be heard. I am more than the traditions set before me - I am the change. Because of Aladdin’s significance in my life, being invited to see the live-action @DisneyAladdin with @MACCosmetics to celebrate their #AladdinCollectionByMAC was such a dream come true for me. I cried like a baby watching the film, and my heart floated every time the audience cheered because it felt like they were cheering on my people, our culture and our world. I can’t wait for you all to experience the film and the full makeup collection when it releases. I hope it all touches you in some way and reminds you of your individual strength. Fun Fact: The makeup Jasmine wears in the film is the exact makeup from the Aladdin Collection by MAC & I’m wearing it all in this photo. Finally living my Jasmine dreams in real life! ✨ #sponsored
From practicing my Disney wand intro in the mirror as a kid to now having the opportunity to come to Disney for a private screening of the new live-action @DisneyAladdin with @maccosmetics 🙈✨ Any opportunity to experience Disney’s magic is a dream come true for me. In my heart, the world of Disney is home and I’m so thankful to MAC for bringing me here to reveal their #AladdinCollectionbyMAC 💛 I’ll explain how emotional and meaningful this specific film and launch was in my next post but for now, I hope seeing me ooze with joy brings a smile to your face, because you are the reason behind all of my smiles. I love and appreciate you guys so much. What a life you have afforded me by supporting me. I am forever grateful. ✨ #sponsored
Before finding our “happily ever after” and catching flights around the world, @itssethmar and I were just two people from two very different worlds who fell in love despite circumstances that seemed out of our control. Inspired by the new movie @TheSunIsAlsoAStar, we are sharing how fate, destiny and one single day played a huge part in our love story #WBSponsored. We’re finally sharing our full story and going back to the beginning, which include some low lows and some high highs. The link is in our bio to watch! 💛☀️✨
Imagine getting an arranged marriage at 14 years old to a boy you didn’t know. Imagine being forced to give up your dreams of an education and a career to be a young wife and mother. Imagine migrating to a new country where you didn’t know the language at all and had to learn English with your children as they learned in school. Imagine staying up every night sewing bows for a few cents each to be able to financially contribute to your home and husband who worked three grueling jobs himself. I try to imagine this every day, and every single day my mother’s story makes me love her even more. My Ammu is a woman who has complained so little in her life that I have to believe God is slow clapping for her in heaven. My mother has stressed the importance of being kind, thankful and beautiful from the inside first ever since I can remember. I didn’t always have a good relationship with her, because I didn’t understand her and didn’t understand that she wanted me to be able to live the life she couldn’t. I didn’t realize she stressed education so much because she never got to complete her own. I didn’t realize she valued learning languages so much because she had to learn in the most difficult way, with growing children in a new country. I didn’t realize so much until I got older and took the time to get to know my mother as an individual, rather than just my parent. Our mothers have such complex stories filled with so many sacrifices that they may never share unless we ask. So many moms are heroes disguised as angry disciplinarians when they are so so much more. This Mother’s Day, I’m sending my love to every mother who has held their courageous story of obstacles and sacrifice within their hearts with humility and grace. Today, ask your mom about her life. The most important education of your life lives within her life story. Moms, share your story with your children. So much of what we need to learn starts from the life you’ve led before us. I could not be who I am without my mother, Zeba and will dedicate my life to bringing her name and her story the honor it deserves. Love you, Ma. 💛
If you find yourself comparing or feeling insecure because of what you see online, please put the phone down for a bit & say this aloud: 1. You’re doing great. 2. You are beautiful. 3. Your life isn’t a race. It’s a journey. Soak it in and stop comparing your Chapter 10 to someone else’s Chapter 20. 4. The future is bright, you have grown so much and it’s just the beginning.
Look Ma! 👋🏽 I spoke with incredible, inspiring, trailblazing women at @createcultivate! I still get butterflies every time I’m asked to speak at such empowering events because I still feel so undeserving to sit with these esteemed women whom I admire so much. Today’s takeaway: You may not be able to control your work environment but you can control who you align yourself with at and outside of work. Who you spend your time with and give your energy to is a reflection of who you are and what you believe in. So are you hanging with game changers or nay sayers? Energy boosters or energy vultures? Ambitious go-getters or complacent bystanders? Your crew is your mirror so what is your reflection saying? ✨
We don’t see plus sized women portrayed as sexy, playful and romantic as often as we should. I haven’t posted anything like this before but decided it was time to step out of my comfort zone and empower others through empowering myself. I’m a 36DD and I can absolutely be sexy, playful, romantic and so much more. While I didn’t grow up being reminded of this, I want to be a part of instilling this fact to anyone discovering who they are today: YOUR. BODY. IS. BEAUTIFUL. Thank you so much @thirdlove for making women of all sizes a part of the fantasy! ✨ #MyThirdLove #ToEachHerOwn #Ad
Waiting for you to give yourself the same love, kindness & affirmation you unconditionally give to others. ♥

the only curry that’s better than ammu’s. 💛
This makeup look took me 10 minutes and it makes me so happy to finally have my everyday makeup look down! 🥰
Fun fact: On November 2nd, 2012 I told my parents I would agree to an arranged marriage. On November 3rd, 2012 Seth asked me out on a date and my life changed forever. God’s plan > Your plan 💖
I grew up bullied for smelling like curry, being fat and different and for wearing clothes from Walmart while the cool kids were decked in name brands. Now this curry scented, plus sized, proud to be different, Target and Walmart clothes wearing girl is traveling the world and living the life of her dreams. Remember, who you are is nothing to be ashamed of. Dare to OWN what they want you to apologize for. ☀️💖 (video of this trip is now up on my channel, click the link in my bio to watch!)
“WTF so fat! Shouldn’t be wearing that.” This was one of the DMs I received yesterday (among several of this kind) after sharing a video on my Instagram stories in this outfit. I don’t know who made these exclusive fashion rules based on body shape, but I’ll happily break each rule every day and strike a fierce pose while I’m at it. My body is perfect for a crop top, a bikini, short shorts, mini skirts and more - and yours is too. So this is me on the pink carpet serving a LEWK and baring my beautiful skin because I can and I always will. 🦋
your body deserves to be celebrated.

Still swooning over my trip to Dubai and my life changing experience with @HudaBeauty 🥰 SO MUCH is happening right now. So many exciting things are unfolding and all I can do is keep twirling in happiness and gratitude. I will never forget these moments. As I prepare for the most exciting shoot of my career to date, I still find myself wondering how I got here and how I can use this platform to serve and make God, my parents and you proud. 🥰
You were wonderfully and divinely made and deserve to love the skin you’re in. 🌞🦋
