If you’re a personal trainer who wants to focus on mastering your craft in helping people achieve life changing results, then we’d like to speak to you. As simply as I can put it, we are looking for attitude over aptitude, the latter can be taught (and in truth we have our own methodologies so everyone who joins UP starts at the beginning) whereas the former, although it can be encouraged and cajoled along, is more intrinsic to you and will be the key determinant in how fast you progress. We are not an easy company to work for, unlike other personal training jobs there really is nowhere to hide and if you don’t deliver results you won’t last. “Results” mean maximum client value, not simply a headline #beforeandafter, and we spend a long time and put huge amounts of effort into helping our trainers reach UP standards.
